Reliable Light Projections for Harsh Environments

The HOLOLIGHT PRO Series is an all-weather LED lighting solution designed for both indoor and outdoor use, featuring a newly engineered enclosure that achieves IP66-rated dust and water resistance. It ensures stable light projection even in extreme conditions—such as wind, rain, dust, moisture, and rapid temperature fluctuations—extending its application to outdoor and high-load environments where conventional models previously struggled to perform.
Furthermore, this series has passed rigorous vibration testing based on JIS D 1601 (vibration testing for automobile parts) and impact testing compliant with JIS C 60068-2-27 (environmental testing for electronic equipment). This ensures high reliability and consistent performance in environments subject to continuous vibrations from vehicle traffic and machinery, as well as instantaneous shocks during transport or installation.
Select models also feature heat-resistant specifications, allowing for dependable operation even in high-temperature summer environments. These features provide the necessary reliability for long-term architectural lighting installations, while offering the ruggedness required for demanding sites such as factories, construction zones, and transportation infrastructure where vibration and impact are constant factors.

The newly designed housing achieves dustproof and waterproof performance equivalent to IP66, a standard defined by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) that ensures complete protection against dust ingress and resistance to powerful water jets from any direction. It can be used in any environment—not only for building exteriors and façade lighting where permanent outdoor installation is required, but also around facilities involving moisture or in semi-outdoor spaces.
This product has cleared vibration testing (4.5G) based on the JIS D 1601 standard for automotive parts, as well as shock testing (50G) compliant with the JIS C 60068-2-27 standard for electronic equipment. It maintains stable performance even in environments subject to continuous vibration from vehicle traffic or equipment operation, as well as momentary shocks that may occur during transport, delivery, or installation.
While previous models were limited to a maximum ambient temperature of 40℃, this series supports ambient temperatures of up to 50℃ in its standard specifications and 65℃ in its heat-resistant specifications. With an improvement in heat resistance of up to 25℃ compared to conventional models, it ensures stable operation even in high-temperature environments.
These models are ideal for architectural lighting that defines building structures, as well as for night-time illumination at exhibitions, commercial events, and tourist attractions.
Perfect for architectural lighting to accentuate building outlines, facades, and landscape lines. Our high-directivity light ensures precise projection according to the design, making it ideal for permanent outdoor installations.
Designed for night-time scenic enhancement of tourist destinations and landmarks. These models create expressive lighting that highlights the charm of a space while minimizing light spill and glare into the surrounding environment.
These models are specifically engineered to enhance worksite safety through visual alerts, hazard zone demarcation, and precision support for crane operations.
Clearly visualizes boundaries for work zones, walkways, and restricted areas using sharp, linear light projections. These units remain fully operational in challenging environments—such as tunnels and outdoor construction sites—where moisture, condensation, or heavy dust are prevalent.
Projecting a circular light pattern clearly marks the "danger zone" directly beneath a crane's suspended load. By providing a highly visible "no-entry" perimeter, this system significantly contributes to preventing accidents.
A crosshair‑shaped projection clearly indicates hook position and load‑drop points during crane operations. This precise visual cue simplifies alignment work while contributing to safer, more efficient operation.
