As a result, it forms a highly visible linear light pattern that is expected to improve safety and efficiency in applications requiring uniform line lighting, such as safety measures in manufacturing sites and inspection lines. This product will be exhibited at the following domestic and international trade shows later this year.

[Domestic Exhibitions]

・Oct. 8–9, 2025: The 2nd Startup Company New Business & New Technology Exhibition (Toyota)
・Dec. 3–5, 2025: International Exhibition on Image Technology and Equipment 2025 (Yokohama)
・Dec. 10–11, 2025: Optics & Photonics Japan 2025 (Tokushima)

[International Exhibitions]

・Nov. 4–7, 2025: A+A 2025 (Düsseldorf, Germany)
・Nov. 19–22, 2025: METALEX 2025 (Bangkok, Thailand)
・Dec. 18–19, 2025: Thailand-Japan Work Safety Days 2025 (Bangkok, Thailand)

<Product Overview>

　The Linear Flat Light Pattern LED Lighting “HOLOLIGHT LINE FLAT (44W)” forms a highly visible linear light pattern recognizable even from a distance. Compared to the conventional model “HOLOLIGHT LINE (36W)”, this product significantly enhances uniformity and light output, thereby improving visibility. Two types—type F and type FP—are available depending on the required linear length. In addition to three standard colors (red, green, blue), near-infrared (850nm, 940nm) variations are also included in the lineup, supporting a wide range of needs from safety measures and inspection processes to special applications.

<Main Features>

1. Two Types of Linear Light Patterns with Improved Uniformity:

　The original HOLOLIGHT DOT-RING model offered a fixed dot-ring pattern size, limiting adaptability to different on-site conditions. The new HOLOLIGHT DOT-RING SWITCH allows users to switch among three pattern sizes (S-type, M-type, and L-type) using external signal input. This capability makes it possible to visualize appropriate safety distance based on load dimensions and worksite requirements, providing flexible operation across diverse crane environments with a single unit.

2. Enhanced Light Output through Increased Power:

　The new “HOLOLIGHT LINE FLAT” increases rated power to 44W, compared to 36W in the previous model. As a result, total luminous flux is improved by 1.18× for the type F and 1.08× for the type FP. This enhancement enables the formation of brighter linear light patterns while maintaining high visibility even in well-lit environments. Consequently, it ensures reliable safety markings in factories and warehouses and contributes to improved operational efficiency at worksites.

3. Customizable Functions Including Blinking Control:

　In addition to three lighting colors (red, green, blue), near-infrared (850nm, 940nm) wavelengths—highly demanded in inspection and research fields—have been added to the lineup. The “HOLOLIGHT Series,” an LED lighting system that forms light patterns, is a one-of-a-kind product that combines high-brightness LED light sources with large optical elements to create various light patterns at a distance. It is patented in Japan, the U.S., Europe, and China. In recent years, we have been pursuing new applications of light, including safety measures to reduce workplace accidents in factories, spatial design projects that create new landscapes by enhancing local appeal, and initiatives aimed at achieving the SDGs through wildlife control using light. Particularly in the safety measures sector, we have started expanding overseas sales, focusing on the U.S. market, and are aiming for an IPO through the growth of this business.

Enhanced Visibility, Uniform Line Light Pattern, and Improved Safety for Industrial Applications October 1, 20 […]

[8
